At an early age I enjoyed "hands-on" toys, especially legos and erector sets. I moved on to taking broken things apart to discover how they worked, and then tackled small projects around my parents' house. Not surprisingly, I pursued a degree in Civil Engineering and graduated from Manhattan College in 2002. While working in several of the trades to pay off the high cost of college, I became very interested in custom cabinetry, and established my own business in New Jersey. Each job was a creative learning experience and my business flourished through the most flattering kind of advertising: word of mouth. In 2008, after years of vacationing in southern Delaware, my family (all 6 of us) decided it was time for a change and moved to our new home in Milton, DE.
Shortly after, I met my wife, Sara, and started my new business. We celebrated our marriage with a reception in the old dairy barn on my family's property...which is now my workshop. We proceeded to build a home 2 miles from the shop on five acres so we could accommodate horses. In 2012, Sara and I welcomed our daughter, Fiora. Most days I make the "long" commute to work with our dog, Kona.
I create pieces you can enjoy for years to come. I hope you enjoy the photos. Please contact me if you have any questions or would like to start your remodel process.
